Review content:
I spent a miserable 4 hours at this place when I went in thinking I could get a quick minor repair. I just wanted to get a wheel balanced. Waiting, waiting, waiting... then upsold on a serpentine belt that I suspect was fine when I went in there, then upsold on brake service that I am not sure was really needed. And after all that, when I drove away my wheel still wasn't balanced properly. This was an experience typical of so many bad car service stories. I will not be back, and I advise all my friends to avoid this place.
Pros: You can watch videos on the VCR in the waiting room.
Cons: Everything else.
