I went in to get an oil change and while there they asked if I would like to have my tires rotated. Of course I let them do it but now I wish they did not. Three days after I had the oil change and tires rotated my SUV started making a strange noise. I thought it was my brakes so I decided to inspect them and upon doing so I discovered that the drivers side rear wheel had a lug nut stud broke off and the other 4 lugs were bearly hand tight. That was the strange noise that came about. I check the other wheels and found that the other rear wheel had two of the lugs loose. After replacing the stud on the driver side and tightening the rest of the lugs the noise goes away. I will never go back to this LAZY and FORGETFUL place again. Thanks for nothing.... more

I spent a miserable 4 hours at this place when I went in thinking I could get a quick minor repair. I just wanted to get a wheel balanced. Waiting, waiting, waiting... then upsold on a serpentine belt that I suspect was fine when I went in there, then upsold on brake service that I am not sure was really needed. And after all that, when I drove away my wheel still wasn't balanced properly. This was an experience typical of so many bad car service stories. I will not be back, and I advise all my friends to avoid this place. Pros: You can watch videos on the VCR in the waiting room. Cons: Everything else. more
