Love it love it love it!!! Finally a place where you know the appetizers such as the dumplings aren't of the pre-packaged store bought frozen variety! I asked the owner and sushi chef and was told that they make all their food from scratch. Their seafood for sushi and sashimi is absolutely delicious, you can tell its high quality and extremely fresh. Each slice of fish is cut when an order is placed, not pre-cut or cut by machines as some other places do. Everything on their menu reminds me of when I lived in Japan... and tastes like it to! When they say authentic, they mean authentic. Try their tempura! That's what it's meant to look like... not the thick battered onion rings that other places try to pass off as Japanese tempura... Their prices are more than reasonable and it's always a pleasure to eat there. Highly recommended! Enjoy!
Pros: Food, service, BYOB
Cons: Not open on Mondays :(
