Review content:
We had been to Lelli's many times and always found it to be an excellent place. Last night-not so much. Will NEVER go back. We arrived at 5:30 and figured we had plenty of time to eat and make it to the Palace in time for the 8:00 concert start time. We ordered fairly quickly and within 15 minutes we were bombarded with the salad, soup and spaghetti courses right on top of each other. Then we waited and waited and waited for our entrees that finally arrived just before 7:00. There were never any apologies from the waiter for the long wait. Never once did he come by and ask if we needed anything. So instead of a leisurely dinner we were forced to wolf down the entree . Never did get the spumoni-we wouldn't have had time to eat it. The dover sole was terrible -thin, dry and full of bones. Very disappointed in food quality and service. This place has gone downhill bigtime. We should have stopped at Papa Vinos. I'm sure it would have been better (and a LOT less expensive).
