When you walk in the door with your pet, you can be certain to be greeted warmly by the staff. There is rarely ever any wait time. All of the staff is very knowledgable and seems to know all about my dog, which is a comforting feeling. Dr. Snyder takes a personal interest which is genuine, always explaining in detail what can be expected from treatments, what to anticipate and how to best give my dog the quality care that she deserves. Even when she couldn`t perform the necessary surgery that my dog needed, she brought in a specialist instead of sending me elsewhere. This was so important because I already had trust in the staff and knew she would be in good hands post-surgery. As my dog ages, her needs are being anticipated and dealt with kindly and lovingly. I could choose any vet in this area, but Hemlock Bluffs is the best that I could ever hope for. K.Blount , Apex
