I just wanted to say thanks to Dr. Snyder and her staff. I just took my cat in for her shots and she is NOT HAPPY when she goes to teh vet. Our last vet actually asked me to not bring her back because she bit one of the staff. She is such a good cat at home and I love her soooo much, but at the vets she just freaks! I decided to try Dr. Snyder because she was recommended by a friend of mine who had a cat that acts bad and she says that she always handled her well. Trix was not good but they spent more time with her and didnt just yank her out of the cage like people have done in the past (which then everything goes down hill from there). I think she did better because they were just calmer. The nurse even brought in a classical music tape and played it which I first thought was crazy, but no kidding it helped. Learn something new every day, Dr Snyder told me they play the music in the back for the animals and it keeps them calm--who knew! All I know is my cat wasn't freaky for the first time in 5 years. Thats' my two cents worth. I will definately be coming back. Kelly Brown. Pros: sweet staff, long appointment times available, good consulting, no rushing, very clean
