Review content:
We first brought our dog to Hemlock Bluffs looking for a second opinion for a paw problem. We had a good relationship with our current vet, however, the issue was costing us a lot of money and had the potential for a lot more pain and money. I saw Hemlock Bluffs on Citysearch and decided to try them due to their good ratings. They welcomed me and my frightened puppy and made us both feel very comfortable. After the exam, they confirmed our current vet's opinion. I want to point out that the exam was very thorough, meaning the vet and all the staff spent alot of time with me, explaining things, they reviewed the films I had brought and they even called a specialist to review them. Everyone in the office was very professional, knowledgeable and great with my scared pup. Afterward, they followed up with a phone call and a letter. I was very pleased with their obvious concern that both me and pup were happy and doing ok. I would highly recommend them. P.S. My pup's paw is fine now, no additional expense or pain was incurred.
