I just recently moved to Cary, and was looking for a vet to get my puppy vaccinated. Hemlock Bluffs shuffled around their schedule to fit mine, and got my dog in the same day I called. When we arrived, my dog...who's usually shaking in the vet's office..ran up to the front desk, tail wagging, and was greeted with belly rubs and compliments of how well behaved she was. We arrived a few minutes early, immediately went into our private room, and waited exactly 2 minutes for Dr. Midkiff to arrive. We got the vaccinations, and were out of the office in about 30 minutes. The intial visit felt comfortable and warm because Dr. Midkiff asked questions about my puppy, my job, and talked about her experience working with animals. The relationship we established was so much more professional and sincere than any vet I've visited. After visiting the vet since, we've met Dr. Snyder, who is very qualified and loving toward my puppy. She showed me an ear infection my dog had on an HD screen, cleaned out her left ear, and taught me how to insert medicing in the right ear. Her thoughtfulness in teaching me to take care of my dog was really appreciated. I highly recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone in the area. Their quality service, knowlegable doctors, and comfortable setting really makes it a pleasure to take my dog to the vet!
