Review content:
The crew at Dickerson Landscaping are nice guys to know and work with. They do good with trim and shrub work. However, they have so much turnover that it's hard to get the people that they send familiar enough or aware enough of conditions in your yard. That offers some problems but I'd rate them satisfactory.
I would recommend that they train their people better in knowing different plants and conditions in the yard and make it an individual experience and not a production line type of job. They have trouble sometimes with knowing flowers versus weeds, and I wish each crew would take more pride and interest in the job. I believe they have the potential to do a lot better job than they sometimes do, but some things they do really well. One time they came out and went through the yard with what they call a "clean-up" and did a good job.
