I think for us, the overall experience was good. We're happy with the way that the project turned out. Dickerson Landscaping put in a large retaining wall and patio, and a walk around the side of the house. It required a lot of moving dirt around, and a number of trees were taken out. It was a large project.
For any project as extensive as ours, you're going to have some issues. Perhaps the biggest problem was that they said it was going to take 5-6 weeks, but it took more than 3 months. It was a little bit frustrating and this caused us some issues. From a business standpoint, I think there were a lot of inefficiencies that Will Dickerson could have taken care of, such as equipment problems. For example, instead of fixing the tractor for $200, the thing broke every other day.
However, my wife and I think it was worth the wait. We were really happy with the workers at Dickerson Landscaping. We had an excellent outcome with Dickerson Landscaping, but it could have been quicker!
