Horrible, Horrible service. Make sure you know in advance that you have to give them a credit card. Even if you have insurance they request a credit card on file. If you chose to not give them a credit card number or do not have one they make you give them a $100.00 deposit. I was a new patient who waited 3 months to even get into the office. Then I waited 45 minutes and started to fill out the first part of their paperwork, when I came across the credit card portion they told me they would not see me unless I was able to give them $100.00 right on the spot or a credit card. Our family choses not to have credit cards, we have insurance with zero copay so I am extremely dissatisfied with their patient care. If this is how they treat new patients I would hate to see how they treat their existing patients. In my opinion I would take your service to another women's office group who care about their actual patients.
