Review content:
When Oregon Chimney came to my house to do work on our chimney they moved a coffee table (without permission) that my laptop was under and in the process broke my screen. I paid $300 to repair the damage to this computer.
They denied that their staff broke my computer but initially set up a meeting to talk with me. They canceled the meeting and told me that I would be called by the owner the next day. He didn't call and they have not returned my phone calls since that time.
It is one thing to not believe that their staff is responsible for this incident but completely disrespectful to not return phone calls or even offer an apology. I would never allow them into my house again and am seeking legal help.
