I've been shopping at Bernie's for 25 years. I've repeatedly put myself in their capable hands for purchases of some type of equipment that was new to me and I've always been satisfied. I have bought paper and film from them in the old days, cameras of several kinds, attachments of many kinds, tripods. They recognize my voice on the phone! Is that a good thing these days? You bet! It means a lot to have some history at a local place instead of some anonymous big box. It FEELS like photography in Bernie's, and it is!
Pros: Great knowledge of the whole industry
Cons: Can't think of any!
