I was on here looking for a place to get my hair done and I saw American Laser pop up...I can't believe the mixed reviews although, as a patient, I can relate. I signed up at the Beverly Hills location 2 years ago and had the absolute worst experience. I could never get an appointment. Nobody ever answered the phone. The managers were always getting fired or quitting or something and there was always a different nurse treating me. It was really bad. I ended up changing to Pasadena. (That's one good thing I can say about the company is that it is really great that I could transfer my sessions to another location!) Anyway, my experiences at that location have been much better. They don't change staff and I always get the same nurse, Carole. It's just night and day from my experience in Beverly Hills. I'm very happy I transfered and I'm happy that all the people in Pasadena have been so nice to me and taken really good caer of me! I'm pleased with everything over all.
Pros: Pasadena is great
