This is the first time I have written a complaint, and I am doing this to warn others. Stay away from this place! This company deserves a negative rating. They lure you in with a $300 coupon that everyone wins, pressure sales you, the laser machines are very painful contrary to what they tell you, they don't return phone calls, Ashley the manager is very rude and has an attitude problem, it is almost impossible to get an appointment, they are always overbooked and you end up waiting almost an hour for treatment, the staff is inexperienced, and many people have gotten burned by the lasers. The positive reviews on this site all sound similar and sales pitchy. I suspect they are employees of this office trying to get their rating up. The corporate customer service center doesn't return phone calls either. Do a search on the internet, google American Laser Centers ripoff or scam. Do your research, save your money, stay away from this horrible company. They should not be in business and what goes around comes around. They need to be shut down.
