i used to go here before it was american laser center and it was amazing. the nicest staff, etc. once it switched they didn't value my contract with the previous owners and the rudeness of the new manager is beyond beleif. they cancelled appointments that took months to book because of equipment and said they would refund me but didn't hold true to their promise. all the good people who worked there got fired, go figure. some of the staff are nice still i am sure but that manager or whoever is the boss of the place should not deal with customers in such rude and harsh ways and is not fit to run a customer based business. what a shame. if anyone knows a good laser hair place in this area please let me know.
