I had been going to American Laser Centers in Pasadena for about a year and I was so happy with the service and my results. I loved the staff and especially the manager. Well one day, to my surprise, the long time manager, Ashley was gone! They said she had taken a better job somewhere else. I was so sad! She was the reason I signed up and the reason I reffered 3 of my closest friends and the reason I continued my treatments in that location even though the West Hills location is so much closer to my house. I had contemplated transfering, since she was no longer there, but I decided I'd stick it out and keep going in....Well today I went in for my treatment and ASHLEY WAS BACK!!!!!!! I was so happy I couldn't contain myself. I never wanted to complain but things were so bad after she left....as though someone had sucked all of the life and energy out of everyone there! The staff kept changing and things were clearly going downhill! Now that our Ashley is back, I know she will get everything on track again!
Pros: Great staff / manager - Excellent results
Cons: They don't validate your parking
