Review content:
I made an appointment at the Brentwood location. They left a message saying a nurse had been in an accident and they needed to cancel my appointment. Another message is left saying that I'm actually not a client in the system so the appointment they made for me wasn't a real appointment, cause I'm not in the system, so they found a new nurse and gave someone else my appointment time. Another message, if you can get into our offices by 2pm we can squeeze you in. I called at 2:30pm.....they were angry at me saying they waited around for my call. I said, ""I've been at work, I just got your message."" Again they tell me I am not in the system so my appointment is meaningless....they need my creditcard info to make an appointment. So, they say they will fax paperwork to me to sign for them to process my credit card. I then decided to read the reviews before I signed the paperwork. JUST AS I EXPECTED. I called back and said I would not be going through with their services. They say they already processed my card. I retorted that was completely unethical, I hadn't given permission. Anyway, that's my story.
