Review content:
I want to thank the Mid America Care Center for taking such good care of our uncle during his stay at your facility. Our uncle was admitted to the Mid America Care Center in December of 2011 from Weiss Hospital because he had become very weak, was having problems eating and was experiencing pain. Some months after he was admitted he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and we were told that the cancer had spread throughout his body. Our uncle passed away in June of 2012. The staff at the Mid America Care Center were very kind, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions about our uncle. Living out of the state made it very difficult for us to see our uncle. Though we were not able to see him as much as we would have liked, the staff helped us to speak on the phone with him on many occasions. I want to thank the staff at the Mid America Care Center and his doctors for making the last months of his life very comfortable.
