Businiess name:  Touhy Mobile Homes Park

Review content:
I read the previous critique on Touhy Mobile Home Park and I read the comment. I am almost positive that the response was made by someone who either works for the park or has some type of financial interest in the rating Touhy Mobile Home Park (i.e. Seller/ R E agent) what ""Red Critic"" is accurate. This park is more about the money than it is about its residents. From the Office Personnel down to the Park Maintenance, I have found the attitude to be ""I don't wanna get involved cause I don't wanna lose my job"". I have personally witnessed the injustice of the employees of the park...getting inf the face of residents, screaming at people when they ask you a question and the ""it's not my problem"" attitude in the office, that go unchecked or unpunished by the park, yet if they feel that a resident wrongs them your car gets unjustly towed, you get fined or even more mistreatment by park employees. Forget about complaining about it because as you will be told, there is nothing you can do. What they say is what will happen and you have no way to dispute it. You would think that the fact that they see people moving out and not enough moving back in would send them a message but then why should it....they can just raise the Lot Fee. Don't move here...don't let your relatives move here and if they do don't visit them...your car will be towed if they don't pay a visitor fee. I have notified IHUD and they urged me to send a letter to the Atty. Gen. Nothing may come of it but at least if something happens I am on the record and should a Lawsuit be filed someone an go and research and get more money
