I called several companies to get ballpark quotes, with no strings attached to get a range of possible fees for a blocked kitchen drain. San Drain Experts were one of only three companies who would give me a rough idea of the possible cost. The range given was more competitively priced than the others I received, and the actual charges came in under the maximum quoted. I will not do business with companies that are not willing to give me an idea of their charges before providing services.
The serviceman who performed the work was pleasant, worked quickly and efficiently, and explained that there was an underlying problem unknown to me, which is very useful information.
The only issue had to do with a miscommunication regarding the time the serviceman would arrive at my residence, but that was partly my fault as I apparently left an impression with the dispatcher that the exact time for the appointment was not as critical as it turned out to be.
Overall the service was excellent, and the price was reasonable and fair.
I will definately use San Diego Drain Experts again if I ever have another plumbing problem. I am in a field related to real estate, and I now have a company I can recommend with confidence to friends, clients and other industry professionals.
