I cannot think of a time that I have ever been so upset by the way I was treated at a store. I purchased over $1000 in furniture PLUS delivery fees (which they ""accidentally double charged me for!!!) Was treated like garbage by the delivery service and waited forever to finally get it, only to find out that they sent me home with the WRONG sofa cover (I bought an Ecktorp Sofa but was sent home with and Ecktorp sofa BED cover) Drove for hours in rush hours traffic only to be treated rudely and and wait another hour before being treated VERY RUDELY once again by customer service staff who then refused to return the cover, saying that it was from the ""as is"" section and the sale was final.......ummmmm but how is it MY fault that THEY sent me home with the wrong sofa cover???????? Also, it was not a ""damaged"" as is item... it is a discontinued color and there were several other covers there for sale as well. I even asked to speak to a manager, so then I waited another half hour to speak to a nasty employee that basically called me a liar about consulting an employee about whethor or not this was the right cover. This store is so awful. BEWARE!!!!!!! Pros: nothing!! Cons: Worst customer service EVER......Horrible horrible
