This store is totalmente.(Utterly) ideal for home shoping. I absolutely adore it! First and foremost is the prices. It's hard to find a store that can beat out the mega store ""Wall-Mart"" but IKEA does just that and you get a much larger selection of housewares minus the unwashed masses who stampede into Wall-Mart day in and out. Secondly, the decor. It has a bi-level set up with the top part filled with lite shopping, furniture and pre-arranged rooms to give you ideas and inspiration. Everything from dinning rooms, master and kids rooms to living rooms and family rooms. It's really great! The ground floor is a maze of unbelievable value and selection. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you have children bring them along they'll have a great time and if they get hungry there's everything from hot dogs to Swedish meat balls.I love this place. more

I cannot think of a time that I have ever been so upset by the way I was treated at a store. I purchased over $1000 in furniture PLUS delivery fees (which they ""accidentally double charged me for!!!) Was treated like garbage by the delivery service and waited forever to finally get it, only to find out that they sent me home with the WRONG sofa cover (I bought an Ecktorp Sofa but was sent home with and Ecktorp sofa BED cover) Drove for hours in rush hours traffic only to be treated rudely and and wait another hour before being treated VERY RUDELY once again by customer service staff who then refused to return the cover, saying that it was from the ""as is"" section and the sale was final.......ummmmm but how is it MY fault that THEY sent me home with the wrong sofa cover???????? Also, it was not a ""damaged"" as is item... it is a discontinued color and there were several other covers there for sale as well. I even asked to speak to a manager, so then I waited another half hour to speak to a nasty employee that basically called me a liar about consulting an employee about whethor or not this was the right cover. This store is so awful. BEWARE!!!!!!! Pros: nothing!! Cons: Worst customer service EVER......Horrible horrible more
