Lots of problems: not equipped with the materials to do the job. We supplied shingles, wood for a skylight curb since 80mi round trip, etc. Even after asking about using a dose of sealant on 10 yr old shingles around repaired areas, it was dismissed with.."They will reseal." Same problem with roof edging crew when new gutters and guards installed. Then rain and leaks. No response from company after 2 weeks and a letter outlining the problems. We paid another roofer for sealant work. Workers couldn't even supply the skylight serial number...didn't understand what it was or why we needed it for warranty. Will not use again!
