so when i originally was looking to book with this company a couple of months back i found the woman's comment who said they were terrible and then the others responding saying she was probably from another limo company and made it all up... and i thought to myself... i will just ignore that people always post bad reviews... but had i have done my research i would have seen that what the negative feedback was saying was exactly true! they have so much negative things on their better business account! but i had to find out the hard way. the limo company was nothing but rude! they used foul language and false accusations. they broke contract, and then came back with false charges to my families account. i am writing this so that other people can save themselves from the waste that is this company. i'm not one for complaining at all but the way this business is operated is beyond me and honestly with so much complaints to the better business association i'm not quite sure how they are still able to operate. they really will try to take you for everything you're worth. do your homework! i've definitely learned my lesson on this one. hopefully you won't have to.
