Went out to a formal function with my fellow suburbanites. The limo service was perfect from the great driver to the video entertainment of the top hits top it off with a similated fireplace and life is good!!!! Would highly recommend.!!!! more

Excellent Team Work 8/4/2011

I used Exotic Coach for my daughters birthday party, and they did an Amazing job, We had the Pink Navigator with the Hello Kitty floors. The driver was Wonderful and full of Energy. And let me tell you, he needed it with 12 eight year old girls. The girls in the office helped so much in planning the day, we had some twists and turns with trying to get the day together, but they helped and just made everything fantastic. I can honestly say they really do care about the customer. They were always great in answering my questions, and let me say, I had a ton. This day could not of gone any better, they even arrainged for my daughter to have special Pink Cupcakes. If you ever need a Limo, this is the company to call. I will be recommending them to all my friends!!! Thanks Girls at Exotic Coach, I hope you see this!!! more

Eleven girls in dresses trying to get in and out of a limo you would think the driver could be bothered to get out of the car and provide some assistance. Not here. He was a driver (not a very safe one i might add) not a chaufeur. Wish the thing had seatbelts. I tried talking with someone from this company before posting my review but he was completely full of himself and not interested in anything I had to say just liked to hear himself talk. I will never use them again. I feel sorry for the man from the company I spoke with because I honestly don't think he even knows what an idiot he made of himself. These kind of events are one night only and they really need to take time and energy to follow through on their committment. So if you are looking for a professional company with professional service keep looking. So disappointed and hope that some day the hot head in charge their can learn some manners. more

They've driven our guests for appearances such as The Situation and Pauly D, and we've always had a great experience with them! They are always organized and on time. Hastle free wedding 11/29/2010

I got married a few Months ago and used the Hummer from exotic coach. The day started out perfect the driver was there a few minutes early so my dad wasn't freaking out. The driver came up to us and told us his name and that if we needed anything just to let him know. We got in the limo and it was so beautiful with the napkins in the glasses with my colors. He got us to the church and when we were done he was there waiting for us with a red carpet, It was great. We whent to a picture location where he let us take all these pictures with the limo and we even made him get in a few of the pictures. The driver really made the wedding day special and Exotic Coach made my wedding week special. The week of the wedding they called me to confirm that we had everything together and the schedual was correct. I did not have to worry about a think they took care of it all. No othr vender called me the week of I had to call them. Thank you Exotic Coach for such a wonderful experience. more

THANK YOU- The best Limousine RIDE EVER! 11/26/2010

I just wanted to take the time out to thank Exotic Coach Limousines for such great service on my wedding date. 10/30/2010 being that it was a hectic weekend in the city and around the city My driver did everything possible to make everything work out ..phew Thank God! Who knew there would be so many event's going on for Halloween weekend, but we made it on time, some places were blocked off but we managed. My Hummer Triple Axle was ""AMAZING"" the jet door on the limousine was great for a ""Look at ME ENTRANCE"" they rolled out the red carpet, I had decorations on the limo, and that was all included. Just Married sign the works. Little details that I don't have to worry about the day off. more

The Perfect Ride 10/10/2010

We used Exotic Coach on two occasions. Once for my bachelorette party and then for my wedding. I can't say enough about how great the Pink limo ride was and the Hummer on the actual wedding day. Our party wasn't the easiest in the world. Before booking them, we decided to go to speak to them in person. They were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend their services in the future. more

Ok for burbs, not good for city 9/16/2010

Wanted to give some feedback on the driver/services we received from Exotic Coach on our wedding day this past weekend, Sept 2010 in downtown Chicago. After sending over exact location names, addresses, times, AND photos, the limo driver did not seem to be aware of any of the information sent over beforehand. He was late for pick up at the first destination because he could not find the hotel (which happens to be a very large block-long building). He told his boss that he was waiting around the corner, but told my husband that he was lost.... which one is it?? Before getting into the limo, he asked me (the Bride), if the next destination was in Chicago. I could not believe he just asked me that - after all of the information that was provided to Exotic Coach before the wedding day. He almost got lost getting to the second destination (church); however we intercepted him before he made a wrong turn. I would assume the limo drivers are professionals who know the quickest routes or at the very least have looked at the destinations, times, pictures, etc before going out on a job, however our limo driver decided to take the most busy streets through downtown, while knowing the times for arrival at each, which were given to Exotic Coach prior to the wedding day. more

Rank # 1 on my list - Cool Limo Fleet 8/25/2009

I saw one of their fleets around the Gold Coast area on a Suday, talked to the driver and he gave me a business card. When it came time to book limos for my wedding (5/31/2009), I must have called a million places. While Exotic had somwhat higher prices than most, i was stunned with their collection, service and professionalisom. After all research, i really didn't pay much more than I would with a non trusted or known company. Pros: Service, Quality, Easy to work with, Cool Fleet Cons: None more

I had booked a bachlorette party on 8/15/2009 for about 18 girls. We have used other companies before that were cheap and basically they are right when they say you get what you pay for. With Exotic Coach that is not the issue. We were very happy they gave us a new stretch Inifiniti, stocked it with beer, soda, water and wine coolers. They let us bring our own liquor in the limo so we were happy about that. Our drivers was Scott he made our night so fun. Very accomodating. The arrangements at the clubs were already set so there were no worries. The only hard thing is keeping together 18 girls, Scott did a great job making sure he did head counts. I did the match we went to 3 clubs which usually you pay 20 bucks a head to get in, that would have been 60.00 dollars that we did not have to pay for the entrance and we did not have to pay for parking that would have been another 30 dollars. So for their package it's worth the 72 dollars. No parking, no driving and no waiting in line. I am definately going to use them again for my birthday in October! As far as my experience from the start they were very helpfull. I never had issues, they were very clearto me about all of the policies. I got my contracts via email. Great Company 6/4/2009

I used Exotic Coach for a special birthday for a night on the town. Right from the begaining the customer service helped me plan the best cost effective way to plan the night - then they even offered me some money off.... They where right on time, I was worried about that because most limo's and taxi's have trouble finding our house. The driver was professional and fun....and I have to give him credit for having to put up with 12 pretty tippsie people by the end of the night - not sure why the negative comments but felt I had to let people know that for us the company made a very special night even better.... Horrifying!!!!!!!!!! 5/28/2008

so when i originally was looking to book with this company a couple of months back i found the woman's comment who said they were terrible and then the others responding saying she was probably from another limo company and made it all up... and i thought to myself... i will just ignore that people always post bad reviews... but had i have done my research i would have seen that what the negative feedback was saying was exactly true! they have so much negative things on their better business account! but i had to find out the hard way. the limo company was nothing but rude! they used foul language and false accusations. they broke contract, and then came back with false charges to my families account. i am writing this so that other people can save themselves from the waste that is this company. i'm not one for complaining at all but the way this business is operated is beyond me and honestly with so much complaints to the better business association i'm not quite sure how they are still able to operate. they really will try to take you for everything you're worth. do your homework! i've definitely learned my lesson on this one. hopefully you won't have to. Exotic Coach Limosuites of Chicago 10/13/2007

I repeat again. It's boards such as this that make it easy on people to simply hide behind a fake identity to bash the hard work of a legitimate company. Once again, the below person makes no actual reference of ever having a contract with a date or actually intending to seriously use the service of Exotic Coach. It is most likely the same disheartened limo company that continues their quest of slander. All of our contracts have an individual trip number. If this person had a real complaint, they could simply reference that number and the situation would be handled. I can guarantee you that this person would never do that because such a number does not exist to them. more
