A friend recommended this groomer to me. The people were friendly, and my dog was able to get an appointment within a few days of my initial phone call. The day of the appointment, I dropped my dog off at 7am, and received a phone call at noon telling me they were all done, and she was ready to be picked up. When I picked her up, she was shaking. She has had numerous groomings with her regular groomer, and has never reacted this way. When I got her home, I found eleven different places where she was cut, razor burned, or bleeding. She is not a ""jumpy"" dog, and has never come home with cuts before. I also believe excess force may have been used to restrain her because she kept choking whenever she would bark, drink, or eat. This lasted for a few days following her appointment. My friend has never had problems taking her dog there, but I will not go back again.
