We have a 750 sq ft house and she couldn't clean the house in the time she was here! We were told that they could clean 1000 sq ft house for $58 and I would love to see the job they do on larger homes. After the first time, she complained that she had been in a car accident and it hurt to bend too much. She never vacuumed under the sofa and chair and we have dogs, so hair is an issue with us. We keep our house pretty clean and so for her not to be able to do what we asked was unacceptable. We asked that the sofa and couch be vacuumed and it was never done or if it was attempted it was just the top side of the bottom cushions. She complained that if we wanted that done, she would have to add on another hour. It took my husband 10 minutes to vacuum the sofa and chair tonight when we got home and found they had not been done! My husband hired this maid service as Christmas present so I am very disappointed. When my husband called the owner Ann, after talking to the maid, she dismissed our concerns without even looking at our house. How do you make a descision that a house needs more attention without even seeing it? She complained that our sofa and chair are very heavy, this is a woman in her mid 20's and we have hardwood floors and it slides around very easily. Our 8 year old can move them!! I could have done the same work she did today in an hour; vacuum an area rug, vacuum the floor, dust and wipe off the refridgerator! What does she do with her time here??? I am not sure how this site is 4 1/2 stars... We should be getting a refund! Ann told us we would be better off going back to cleaning it ourselves. Now that's customer service!!! HA!
