Ok I was hesitant about using Raggedy Ann's service, but I must say I will defiantly use her again. I had family coming in town and need to get my house clean for Thanksgiving. When I spoke with Ann she made me feel relaxed about having new people come into my home, and especially to clean it. When they arrived at my home, they were professional the lady was on time, and she did a great job. I didn't realize that they offered laundry service until I was washing and she asked about her doing that as well. I was blown away how consistent she was in every room. We have a 750 sq ft house and she couldn't clean the house in the time she was here! We were told that they could clean 1000 sq ft house for $58 and I would love to see the job they do on larger homes. After the first time, she complained that she had been in a car accident and it hurt to bend too much. She never vacuumed under the sofa and chair and we have dogs, so hair is an issue with us. We keep our house pretty clean and so for her not to be able to do what we asked was unacceptable. We asked that the sofa and couch be vacuumed and it was never done or if it was attempted it was just the top side of the bottom cushions. She complained that if we wanted that done, she would have to add on another hour. It took my husband 10 minutes to vacuum the sofa and chair tonight when we got home and found they had not been done! My husband hired this maid service as Christmas present so I am very disappointed. When my husband called the owner Ann, after talking to the maid, she dismissed our concerns without even looking at our house. How do you make a descision that a house needs more attention without even seeing it? She complained that our sofa and chair are very heavy, this is a woman in her mid 20's and we have hardwood floors and it slides around very easily. Our 8 year old can move them!! I could have done the same work she did today in an hour; vacuum an area rug, vacuum the floor, dust and wipe off the refridgerator! What does she do with her time here??? I am not sure how this site is 4 1/2 stars... We should be getting a refund! Ann told us we would be better off going back to cleaning it ourselves. Now that's customer service!!! HA! Pros: None! I had someone come out for a one time clean before putting my house on the market. The lady I scheduled with seemed a bit flaky and called half hour before she was scheduled and asked what time she was suppose to show up. She then said she'd be late and showed up about 45 minutes later than the time we agreed on. She did bring a friend so the job was done half as fast which was nice. The price quoted me was different than what they charged (the one who quoted was not the one who cleaned) and I felt like the quality of the clean was just so so. I was very happy with how they cleaned up the bathroom mildew though, that alone made it worth the money but overall I would probably not call them again or recommend them to others. more

Pam comes to my house every other week and it's so clean when I come home. I recently bought a puppy that is tearing into everything making a mess, Pam cleans up the place and even loves my pup, Bradley. They are very good. I would recommend them. Pros: always on-time more

We are on our second maid now. The first one was either late (by 2 hours) or couldn't show up about 4 times within a three month span on a bi-monthly schedule. Pros: Personalized service Cons: First house cleaner left the house dirty... Maids cannot keep a consistant schedule and no replacements for no-shows. more
