Review content:
I LOVE the natural foods Co-op! A friend told me about it a couple months ago and I decided to check it out for lunch. At first I was a little intimidated with all of the choices in the deli, but I found that everything I tried was delicious. It is also good for you, they use all organic vegetables and prepare a variety of health conscious foods. The sandwiches, soups, deli salads, baked good and buffet are all great. I am particularly fond of the buffet on certain days - today they had pumpkin beef stew, grilled chicken, saffron rice?, spinach phyllo pie, and the salad bar is great. I like the cabbage ramen salad and garlic salad in the deli. I usually get a sandwich with: clover sprouts, grated carrot, tomatoe, red onion, jack cheese, sunflower seeds, cream cheese and avocado (i'm not vegetarian i just love their veggies). I hear the panini's are good too - haven't tried one yet. I love that I can get great high quality food on the go - exactly what I have been looking for! Now I eat there at least three days a week and want to start taking some of their cooking classes. Pros: High quality food on the go Cons: Parking can be difficult around noon
