Review content:
Due to the condition of their kennels, my dog apparently got the top part of his ear stuck in the door. Its not going to grow back.
They took no responsibility for it, at all. Not even an apology. Did clean wound.
Still charged me for a 3 day stay even though the dogs were there for less than 48 hours.
The assistant was unable to take any sort of responsibility - just kept saying ""that's what my boss wants me to do"".
Pros: Indoor/outdoor kennel, Close to downtown, Friendly staff.
