Review content:
We stopped to get gas and snacks for the kids, and my daughter went to use the bathroom. When she came out she said the bathroom had made her eyes sting. I went to see, and sure enough, the bathroom absolutely REEKED of bleach. It was enough to get my eyes watering. My husband had to take our daughter back to the car to rinse hers out with water.
The cashier didn't seem to know what to do when I told her, so I ended up speaking to the manager there. When I told her how potent the bleach odor was, she rudely explained that ""that's the only way to keep the wall white"" and that the mixture hadn't given them any problems in the past. She refused to acknowledge that my daughter was near to tears because of how strong the fumes had been! Unbelievable. I can understand why they need to use bleach, but the fact that this woman simply crossed her arms and waited for me to shut up and leave was unforgivable.
I will never, ever come back to this store. I've been treated better by broken glass.
Pros: Far enough out of town to easily avoid.
Cons: NOT kid friendly or safe!
