I don't usually write bad reviews, I just move on and hope for the best next time but the woman who runs V-Tint is so crazy I felt I had to say something to prevent future people from becoming her victims.
I took my car to get my back windows tinted yesterday and after waiting at the local Starbucks for four hours I got back to my car and the rear and back passenger window had several huge air pockets in them so I told her that I wasn't going to pay her unless she could get them fixed before I left.
The crazy lady, Sidney, told me that it was normal and that I would need to come back in a few days to get them adjusted.
So I told her that I wouldn't pay and that she could take the tint off if she wanted. At this point she started verbally and physically threatening me and told me that I couldn't take my car until I paid her.
So now I called 911 from my cell phone and told them the situation and the COPS had to come bail me out, let me go, and told her that next time she needs to get a contract.
Now she is calling my cell phone and still physically threatening me and telling me she is taking me to small claims court.
The bad part for me is that not only did I waste 4 hours at Starbucks waiting for my windows to get tinted, and have to deal with a crazy woman, SHE ALSO BROKE MY NEWLY INSTALLED IPOD STEREO PLAYER. Ahhhh!
Anyways, I would say stay as far away from this shop as much as possible, totally Jerry Springer, and find a good certified well known professional shop to tint your windows.
I should have known better when she told me she ran it from her house.
