V-Tint

I had the windows tinted on my 1999 Civic the other weekend by Sydney and i must say that she did a great job. She is very friendly with all customers and makes you feel as if you are apart of her family. Her prices are quite good and if there are any issues, she is willing to do what she can. All in all i must say that before i had spoken to her, my cousin told me she does good work but now, a week later and about to back for a quick touch up, i have changed my mind and it was great work! She is the one to go to for any tinting you need on any cars. Plus her business card is preety cool. more

First of all, Pokeyman has written bad reviews for all sorts of businesses all over town on the internet. The same day he called i said I could tint his 88' Mercedez-Benz. This is a 22 year old car. The tint came out very nice. I explained to him the two fingers at the bottom of the rear window would lay down perfectly after a couple of days. This weirdo didn't want to hear any of it. Right off the bat he told me he wasnt paying for it, that he didnt agree to have to come back for any touch up, then proceeded to call the cops. Contrary to what he stated, the cops told me I should sue him in civil court. Ive been in business for 8 years, tinting for 15 and tinted literally 1,000's of cars. I know what I'm doing. If you decide to use my services and found me on the internet, and have any doubts about the level of service your going to get, go someplace else. A tint shop that has that corporate feel is more likely to suit you. more

I don't usually write bad reviews, I just move on and hope for the best next time but the woman who runs V-Tint is so crazy I felt I had to say something to prevent future people from becoming her victims. I took my car to get my back windows tinted yesterday and after waiting at the local Starbucks for four hours I got back to my car and the rear and back passenger window had several huge air pockets in them so I told her that I wasn't going to pay her unless she could get them fixed before I left. The crazy lady, Sidney, told me that it was normal and that I would need to come back in a few days to get them adjusted. So I told her that I wouldn't pay and that she could take the tint off if she wanted. At this point she started verbally and physically threatening me and told me that I couldn't take my car until I paid her. So now I called 911 from my cell phone and told them the situation and the COPS had to come bail me out, let me go, and told her that next time she needs to get a contract. Now she is calling my cell phone and still physically threatening me and telling me she is taking me to small claims court. The bad part for me is that not only did I waste 4 hours at Starbucks waiting for my windows to get tinted, and have to deal with a crazy woman, SHE ALSO BROKE MY NEWLY INSTALLED IPOD STEREO PLAYER. Ahhhh! Anyways, I would say stay as far away from this shop as much as possible, totally Jerry Springer, and find a good certified well known professional shop to tint your windows. I should have known better when she told me she ran it from her house. V-Tint was recommended to me by a co-worker. I couldn't find a tint shop that could take me on short notice so I called V-Tint. I made an appoint to get my 2009 Range Rover tinted, dropped my car off, came back 6 hours later and was amazed at the beautiful job Sidney did on my car. She is knowledgable, very proffesional and delivers. V-Tint is the place to go if you are looking for a reputable tinter. I am a Father of 3 kids who all play soccer. I drive a mini-van and my wife drives an SUV. We have to go to soccer matches and events every weekend, so we are constantly driving all over. My kids had a hard time falling alseep on long trips because of the sun beaning through the windows. I googled tinting places in Concord and V-Tint came up. I gave it a shot and she did a fabolous job. The price was good, my kids loved her, and she was very easy to talk to. Soon after the mini-van was done, the next weekend brought in my wife's SUV. I've read the negative comments below and it seems to me, that those were situations where the customer was the problem, not Sid. Pros: Excellent job and great customer service more

alright well i took my car to v-tint... great job and great colors... really i wasnt expecting a flawless job, i mean she does it in her own personal garage, but she's good for what she charges. i notice there was some mess ups, but she told me it was not a problem and would do it again for no charge as a redo. overall nice person, shes worth giving a shot if you want some dark ace tint :) Pros: good service Cons: nothing to serious that stands out more

I've gone to Sidney twice - once to remove my tint and another to put it back on. She's very professional and does an excellent job of paying attention to all the little details such as cleaning your windows with professional window cleaners and making sure your dashboard doesn't get wet (I tinted my windshield as well so this was a nice plus). Her prices are very reasonable and the tint quality is great. I've had a few cars tinted and many of my friends also have tinted their cars and I can tell you that for the same quality, you'll pay much more elsewhere. She has all kinds of tint available though I personally wouldn't go too dark unless you want to go back and get them removed after the police catch you. She also guarantees all her work which is nice as I just went back this weekend to do some touch up. She won't nickle and dime you with this and that as my touch up and everything was free. Lastly, it makes me feel kinda special when I go there as she's also tinted cars for celebrities like E-40 and professional athletes. It's a nice boost to my ego knowing that I got my car tinted at the same place as these high rollers. Overall, I would highly recommend V-Tint to anyone looking to their car tinted as the tints come out great at a very reasonable price. Pros: Affordable at a great price. Great tint quality more

The person who wrote the negative reviews below is the problem. I have had Sidney do hundreds of cars for me over the years and have had very few problems. When I did have a problem she was great about it. She provides the highest quality work I can find. She does everything from 250k Aston Martins to the hooptie cars like the guy below must have. I had Sidney tint the windows on one of my vehicles last year. The price was fair, the work was done right, the tint is still like new a year later. I had her do my new car this year - and she furnished the same high quality work as the last time. She does quality work at reasonable prices. I was referred to V-Tint by the Autohaus in Concord. Sidney did an absolutly flawless tint job on my 2007 Dodge Magnum. If your looking for a high quality job done professionally, I would highly recommend V-Tint. She is a nice lady who knows her stuff. Pros: Convenient. Excellant price. Quality work with quality film. Called the Tinter Sydney. Scheduled appointment for 6:00pm, I told her that I work in Fairfield and I will try to be there right after work, she said that is even better because she did not have enough film for her current client, so the scheduled time was even better for her to tint my car. She works out of house and I live a couple miles from her. I drove to her garage like around 6:20pm traffic was pretty bad, she was upset I came late, I apologized, I told her I am coming from far away. She said she can drive me home and it will take from 6:30pm to 10:00pm, we agreed on a price which was $175.00 for 3 windows and a front glare strip and tail lights, I asked about warranty, so she told me that the warranty is life time. Her friend dropped me off, I was waiting until she would call me, here come 11pm, I called her up, she said that she is almost done, I said ok no problem take your time not a problem, it was my exact words. She calls at 12:00am and told me that her friend will drive her to my apartment to pick me up so I can get my car. Around 12:30am she shows up on my car driving it, my car is a brand new car no license plates, I never authorized her to drive my car, just to tin it, not only that: ""SHE GAVE ME MY KEYS SAYNG THAT SHE COULD NOT MAKE THE TINTING RIGHT, MESSED UP HER TINTING MATERIAL, AND SAID THAT I WAS LATE AND HER FRIEND WHO DROPPED ME OFF GOT INTO ACCIDENT ON THE WAY BACK."" Did not want to talk to me, the car I was NOT tinted. I apologized and said I am sorry about your friend getting into accident even though its not my fault, she gave me her card with the new pricing $240.00 for everything, got into her other friends car and drove away. The next day I noticed that my new car the side by the door upholstery is scratched. God knows what might happen on the way to my home when she drove my car without the license plates!!!!!
