If your office can't be run efficiently then you are not hiring the best people for the job...Called on Thurs and spoke to Barbie. She was going to call on Friday to get the ok from my Mom's Doc. Didn't hear from her on Friday and I called today and she said the nurse they were going to use hurt her back. If I had ESP i would have known. She then said they were dealing with the State. Sounds like a real issue. If you care about your family members call someone else. Barbie made the mistake so she didn't really care when I said I would call someone else.
