Review content:
Constant great service. Our dog loves to go to Ellie's and cant wait to get out of the car and get in. We have a shy dog who we were afraid would not take to kenneling but when we picked her up she was all wiggles and barks and whines of joy. She ran to us and then back to ellie and then back to us as if say come on it its fun. (That's what the wife says she says). Our cat has always came back healthy and smelling good. They do not always answer the phone when we call but if we leave a message they get back to us within a short time of us calling. It used to frustrate me that they did not answer right away but there has been times one of the workers have been checking us in and ignores the phone to take care of us first. Ellie and the girls have never disappointed us and we know without a doubt that our kids are in good hands.
