Review content:
Now this falls into the category of ""above and beyond."" We?d had a pet sitter we?d used for years for our two Malamutes?our ""kids."" But her own dog became ill this spring, and she wound up having to cancel on us last minute. I hated to do it, but I had to look into another pet sitter. I found PugetPets, and just loved them from the first. Our PugetPets pet sitter Tim was a natural with our boys. He knew tons about dogs in general, and also knew a lot about this breed., which needs some very special care. We?ve been using PugetPets since March. Now here is the above and beyond part. Early in the year, we?d arranged for our original pet sitter to take care of our kids while we were away on our two-week July vacation. We talked to her in May about canceling with her (since we?d been using PugetPets for two months, and loved them) but she got pretty upset. She?s kind of a friend, she needed the $$ and we felt bad, so we told her we?d stick with her for the vacation. It turned out that her dog got a little worse, and that there was a chance he?d have to have some procedures while we were gone?and if so, she wouldn?t be able to take care our kids. I called PugetPets and they agreed to be our BACKUP pet sitters in this case! How great is that! They understood our relationship with this gal, said they didn?t want to intrude on that, and agreed that if her dog took a turn for the worse, that this gal could call them for backup. They were only sorry to hear that her dog was sick! Needless to say, after we come back from this vacation, it?ll be PugetPets all the way. They are a caring, class act.
Pros: went way, way above and beyond to help us out
Cons: not a single one!
