Not even giving this company a piece of a STAR. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect from a so called lady name DOTTIE I have no clue on earth who she thinks she is but you can not talk with her or to her, she yells over you and swears laughs and it is so not becoming. I guess she thinks she is the BOSS but NOT so maybe trying to make an empression. I do not beleive she has a clue-someone with that attiitude should not be working with the public-so sad that some of us have no choice but to deal with a company like this but we do not have to put up with someone that is so ignorant, cruel and sad case of a human being
