As a professional in the medical field, and a former manager for a chain in the retail industry, I have had adaquet experience with the customer service industry. Souce One Financial on the other hand needs a lot more time with the agents/reps in the customer service aspect of their job. On Wednesday, September 25, 2013 I had the unfortunate luck to speak with a rep by the name of Susan Clancey (?sp). She was obviously frusterated by the time I spoke with her as the issues had be ongoing and she had spoke with several people at this point. I began by giving my name and that was it.....Susan began a rant that I can only imagine could be given by a scuba diver (the only ones who could hold their breath that long). Susan was rude, unprofessional, nasty and exapirated (at best). When I asked for a supervisor, I was told ""No, I'm not giving you my boss, One of my bosses is standing right here"" So i asked to speak with that person and again I was told ""No"" I asked for a name, I was told ""NO I'm not giving you a name"" needless to say, the conversation was less than productive and ended abruptly with my lawyer will be contacting you and I will be conting your supervisor. Moral to this story.... if you get what you pay for, I'd say Susan Clancey at Source 1 Financial is overpaid, overworked and undertrained.....
