we have been very unhappy in the Sandwood crossing development because Innovative Realty mispresented the property tax base and our home is valued at $40,000 more than we paid. Plus the aesthetics of the development are shoddy at best - owner is very haughty - they covered all bases - none of the homes in our development have a decent lawn because they did not come through with honesty. I would definitely not recommend this complex and if the market was not so slow I would consider getting the heck out of here. Neither the owner (Pace) nor the realtor(innovative) deserve to be trusted - but every dog has its day. Do not get conned into purchasing here
