Traveling is supposed to be fun. Business Travel is just not that much fun at all. Making arrangements for several employee's in nothing short of crazy! Convention Housing has done a good job taking some of that craziness from me. I used to try and to do it all on my own, I've tried using some of the preferred Planners for each particular convention but I have found with CHS, it don't matter where I am going, they will get me good group packages. I got a call from them about a year ago. I normally don't take many calls but they got me on a good day I guess. They new I was registered for the Convention and asked if I had made my accommodations yet. I told them I was working on it but no not yet. They simple asked if they could propose a package deal on my travel. All they wanted was a chance to earn my business, they gave me there website and told me what they did. I was never told they were a preferred travel planner but that they do a lot of group travel for companies all over the world. I was a glad to get with a company that would give me good pricing and take most of the hassle away from me. I gave them a try figuring if they could do what they say or even close, my life just go a little easier with my conventions. We don't just go to 1 or 2, we are going to many. We also have distributors all over and have reps constantly traveling. It's actually been better every time I deal with them. Rarely are there any issues and when issues arise, they are quick to try to resolve them. CHS definitely has earned my business and simplified all business travel for my company. I don't write many reviews but I am seeing why you should good or bad. They simple asked when I spoke to them a few weeks ago that if I had a chance would I please write a little about my experience's with them. I can now see why and will definitely make sure that my marketing people are asking our customer's for there comments as well. I want to hear good or bad from people as ways to improve the company.
