Review content:
I took my BMW to Performance Collision after it was in a minor wreck (they're supposed to be the top collision place for German made cars here in Indy). Not only did they fail to follow-up with me (I had to call them three times before someone called me back), but it took them a month to fix the car. After I finally got it back, I was on the highway headed out of town and noticed smoke coming out the back of the car. I pulled into a gas station and there was transmission fluid flowing out the bottom of my car. I had to have it towed back to Indianapolis and my repair shop discovered my transmission housing had been cut. They also discovered that one of the support rods in the suspension was bent from the wreck and never fixed. So now I have a BMW with a messed up transmission and a bent rod. My insurance company says it wasn't Performance's fault, but they don't know how the transmission and rod were damaged. All I'm saying is that Performance was the ONLY company to touch my car and there weren't any transmission issues before I took it in. Fortunately, my insurance company is paying for the repairs. Take this review as you may, but it really seems like something fishy happened and no one wants to own up to it. I know this could be a one in a million thing, but for anyone reading this - please think twice before taking your car to these folks. Their customer service is terrible and I don't think they're as top quality as they claim to be.
