I had my 07 BMW repair at Performance Collision Center in Oct 11. This is the best shop!!! I am a single woman and Joe was the best!! He walked me through the repair process so that I could understand what was going on! The office staff was very friendly! And the most important thing was my car looks GREAT!! I can't even tell where the damage was!! Thanks for everything!!!! more

Think Twice! 9/6/2011

I took my BMW to Performance Collision after it was in a minor wreck (they're supposed to be the top collision place for German made cars here in Indy). Not only did they fail to follow-up with me (I had to call them three times before someone called me back), but it took them a month to fix the car. After I finally got it back, I was on the highway headed out of town and noticed smoke coming out the back of the car. I pulled into a gas station and there was transmission fluid flowing out the bottom of my car. I had to have it towed back to Indianapolis and my repair shop discovered my transmission housing had been cut. They also discovered that one of the support rods in the suspension was bent from the wreck and never fixed. So now I have a BMW with a messed up transmission and a bent rod. My insurance company says it wasn't Performance's fault, but they don't know how the transmission and rod were damaged. All I'm saying is that Performance was the ONLY company to touch my car and there weren't any transmission issues before I took it in. Fortunately, my insurance company is paying for the repairs. Take this review as you may, but it really seems like something fishy happened and no one wants to own up to it. I know this could be a one in a million thing, but for anyone reading this - please think twice before taking your car to these folks. Their customer service is terrible and I don't think they're as top quality as they claim to be. more

New to the area. Dreyer and Reinbold recommended this shop. I was amazed by the facility. They are definitely high tech. Excellent body work, excellent customer service. I really like their texting updates. more

Best shop in the city. Hands down! Excellent quality and super nice people. Communication was excellent. Never had a better experience in a body shop. Shop was so nice it reminded me of a doctor's office. Dropped off my Mercedes with front end damage. Honestly I didn't think I would want my vehicle back but it came back looking better than it did before the accident. Damage was about $8K and I have never had a problem with it since. Definitely take your car to these guys if you are involved in an accident. more

Avoid this Shop!! 7/22/2009

Dropped off Range Rover w/ significant hail damage June 9. Shop has currently set 8 dates the vehicle would be ready, and still has it. Guaranteed quality, but found hair and drip mark in fresh paint, didn't repair all existing damage, damaged newly ordered parts, caused new damage--I'll be lucky if my vehicle is drivable after I get it back. Empty promisers: John McCord, Rich Pedigo... I asked to speak with the owner, John Pearson, and couldn't get a call from him--does he care how his business is being mismanaged and what they're doing to their customers & vehicles??? Pros: Nice building Cons: Cannot manage project, communication, expectations, quality more
