I used them to replace tires because of a good price. I ordered an oil change at the same time. When I got there they recommended I also have an alignment done and my rotors fixed. I was told this would take 2 hours but I assumed a little longer because of the alignment. I returned 3 hours later and the alignment was not done. I couldn't wait any longer so I prepaid the alignment so I could come by another time and have it done, thinking it would be a 20 minute job like they said. When I left I realized no oil change had been done either.
So I set up another appointment for the alignment and oil change and was told it would take up to 1-1/2 hours! That's a lot longer then I expected and I don't live nearby so I would have to sit and wait -- it's inconvenient for someone to pick me up (again) and bring me back. Because of that I decided to contact a garage in my town about the alignment. They could do it for $30 cheaper! I called Arboretum Tire to let them know I'd like a refund for the alignment charge on my credit card. They told me they can't refund me; only give me a store credit! Why would I want a store credit when I won't be going back there?! Poor Customer Service!
