Actually purchasing the car was easy and painless, everyone was nice and friendly. BUT, I should have done my homework on the car I bought.
Just because someone is nice and friendly doesn't mean they have your best interest in mind. The car I purchased was a Buick Enclave and within two months of buying it I've had it into the shop 4 times: Faulty electrical, emmission system problems, the transmission, and the navigation/dvd component went out. The only thing that I commend Rosedale chev for is talking me into the protection plan. Without it I would have been out $8000 in repairs and car rentals.
I have only myself to blame for the lemon I got. Buyer Beware is right, when making a purchase like this don't trust anyone. The reason Rosedale Chev is getting a one star review from me is because I put my trust in them and felt taken. Again only myself to blame.
