I had encountered some trouble regarding a warranty issue on my vehicle and it was getting to the point of real frustration. I had given a bad review about Rosedale Chevrolet and the very next day after placing the review, Chris, the Service Manager, called me and wanted to know the whole story and what could be done to help me in getting the problem resolved. Not only did he find the information needed about the warranty very quickly, he had me bring my vehicle in that evening after work and supplied me with a loaner car so that there would be absolutely no inconvenience to me what so ever. When i dropped the car off, Chris took the time to show me why a wheel bearing issue was not caught on a visual inspection because they were not loose, but they were still bad and could only have known that by driving the vehicle at a faster speed then around the shop allowed. The very next morning, Ray, the service consultant called me and described everything that they found needing attention with the vehicle and they will cover everything but the left front headlight under warranty. i got another call later in the afternoon to let me know that the car was all ready to be picked up when it was convenient for me. I picked up the vehicle and it runs and feels and sounds great. Rosedale Chevrolet did an AWSOME job in restoring my trust in them and i want to especially thank Chris, Ray and Joe, the service tech that did the repairs, for a job well done. i never used to be much of a ""bring your car to the dealership for repair"" kind of person but this experience made me feel like Rosedale Chev is my neighborhood repair shop and that is a good feeling.
