I've been going to her for several years, as my mother referred me since she has been going for several years before me and highly recommended her. I personally have had the WORST experiences with her staff, mainly the front desk. They booked me on a Saturday morning, which I was not aware they werent even open on weekends. They called to confirm the day before, so I show up on my appt day and the office is closed. I called the following Monday, left a voicemail and no one ever returned my call. I finally got ahold of a rude front desk girl about 6 days later and instead of saying ""I'm sorry, we made a mistake let me reschedule you"" she proceeded to ARGUE with me saying ""no we never scheduled you. we don't schedule saturday appts, etc"" I was getting frustrated that she was arguing with me and saying the earliest she could get me in would be a month from then! I was frustrated as I had booked my appt about 3 months in advance and now saying I had to wait ANOTHER MONTH, though it was their fault!!! I went in circles and they kept transferring the phone to different staff members who wouldn't let me share my behalf and continually cut me off when speaking and ultimately hung up on me. VERY rude, highly do NOT recommend this place. It's unfortunate, because dr. lewis is a good doctor, but due to her staff she just lost another patient.
