Review content:
My wife, children, and sister-in-law ate at the Kabuto Japanese Steak House on September 11th 2009 at approximately between 6:50pm-07:35pm. I am serving my third combat tour in Iraq and have not seen my wife in almost a year now. Today on September 11th, it is our third wedding anniversary. My wife paid for her sister and while ordering asked the waitress to find how much a piece of lobster would cost in small portion. The waitress could not find on the menu where lobster was priced and so it was ordered along with food for all seated. At the end of the meal my wife was informed that a small piece of lobster had a cost of 14 dollars and when she asked why she was paying full price for a portion of a full meal that she did not receive. This is when the manager stated that he would call the Police on my wife if she did not pay full price for this piece of lobster. My wife then pays 80 dollars for her, her sister, one five year old and two 2 year olds. So I want to thank you for your professionalism and compassion in making my wife who is alone and especially sad today feel little and made to cry on our wedding anniversary while I am thousands of miles away. I will never take my family to your restaurant again. Pros: I know to never eat at the Kabuto's in Goodlettsville, TN. Cons: Your wife will be in tears across the ocean as I am in Iraq.
