Businiess name:  Kabuto Japanese Steak House

Review content:
My family and I have been regular customers at the Kabuto in Goodlettsville for more than a few years now. We only go there as a 'treat', but spend no less than $125.00 per visit. In the past months we have observed a consistant slide in quality of service. DO NOT allow 'Rodney' the 'latino-japanese hibatchi chef"" to prepare your food!!! Not only did he open by telling us it was his second day as a cook, (which I have come to expect because three of the past five chefs have made the same claim!!) but when I questioned the scattering of egg shell throughout the rice he then asked me to show him where! All the while stirring and stirring it in! I informed him that I was not getting paid to cook and that was his job! He was only disgusted by this and could not have been in a bigger hurry to be done with us! At that point, the show was over, no onion volcano for the kids!
