Businiess name:  Kabuto Japanese Steak House
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
We ate at Kabuto for the second time in six months on March 28, 2010. The first visit was pretty good, but not great, so we decided to give them another chance. We realized that we had the same cook as the first time who was very noisy with lots of banging of the spatula, and loud talking, but not actually very skillful. He left the grill three different times to go check on the order and get more food. We remembered that he had left the grill to correct the orders the last time we ate there. The fried rice was very sub-par for Japanese fried rice. Even our teenage son said it wasn't good. The Mahi-Mahi was the smallest piece I've ever had anywhere, and the filet mignon had a really off taste to it, like liver or something. We did not eat it all, and worried about its possible later effects on our digestive systems. The bathroom was also not clean and had a bad odor to it. It was unquestionably the worst Japanese Hibachi Grill meal we've ever had, and we've had many. Pros: We found no ""pros"" on our second visit. Cons: Service was awful, food was worse, bathroom nasty
